Production Time
All of our apparel and mugs are made-to-order and custom printed just for you. Production typically takes 2-5 business days before your order ships. During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production may take up to 7 business days.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide! International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days after production, depending on your location.
📍 Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These are the buyer's responsibility.
📡 Tracking: All international orders include tracking. Updates may be delayed once the package leaves the US.

Digital products (PDF guides, checklists) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No shipping required — you'll receive a download link immediately after completing your order.
Our Promise — Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package. If it's confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
