Shipping Policy

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items in your order and the delivery destination. We do not offer free shipping.

Production and delivery

Nutty Designs products are personalized and made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. The delivery estimate shown during checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is provided when available after an order ships.

Address changes

Contact Nutty Designs as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be corrected. Because orders move into production, an address change cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

International orders

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays or missing packages

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and incorrect or incomplete addresses can affect delivery. Contact Nutty Designs if tracking appears stalled or an order has not arrived after the carrier’s expected delivery window. We will review the tracking information and available carrier options with you.
