Shipping charges and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Each item is made to order, so please allow 2–3 business days for production before your tracking number is issued.

Because every item is printed or made to order, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, reply to your confirmation email with a photo and we will make it right.

Mugs: Dishwasher and microwave safe. We recommend top-rack washing to keep prints crisp for years.

Apparel (tees, hoodies, sweatshirts): Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly over the print.

Personalization is available only on eligible mugs and candles. If a product can be customized, a personalization box will appear on that product page. T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts are not personalized.

Apparel runs true to size with a relaxed unisex fit. If you are between sizes or prefer a tailored fit, we recommend sizing down. A full size chart is shown on the product page above the size selector.

Mug capacity is shown on each product page (most are 11 oz or 15 oz).
